All artwork is the sole property of Julie Boyd and is held under copyright even after purchase. 

I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold and commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of all artwork.

The buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission.  

If the artwork is reproduced in a magazine or other media, I only ask for credit.

The images, artwork, and contents of this website may not be copied, collected, or used for personal or professional gain without the written permission from Julie Boyd. 

All images of artwork, sold or otherwise, are retained by Julie Boyd.

Due to the human eye and computer error, colors of the artwork in photos may translate slightly differently than in person.

All sales are final after seven days of delivery. If after initial delivery, customer wishes to return artwork, all delivery fees and logistics are the responsibility of the customer.

All original pieces and custom pieces are shipped via the carrier Julie Boyd deems best. A tracking number can be provided upon the customer’s request. Once packages are marked as in transit, the seller is no longer responsible for the package.
